Returns & Exchanges

 

At Dovella Beauty, each order is carefully prepared to ensure quality, safety, and freshness. Because our products are personal care items, we maintain a strict but fair return policy that protects product integrity for every customer.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns when the following conditions are met:

  • Items are unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • All original seals and packaging remain intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email dovellabeauty@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product(s)
  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method
  • Dovella Beauty is not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it promptly.
