  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days depending on number of items
  • We do process orders on weekends and holidays whenever possible
  • During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer

Each order is hand-curated, which means care is never rushed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier.

Many Dovella Beauty orders are packed individually in small batches. Because of this:

  • Packaging may occasionally vary
  • Orders are prepared with a boutique, personal touch
  • Limited-quantity items may ship separately if needed

This allows us to maintain product quality and freshness.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delivery delays due to address errors

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once shipped, packages are handled by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your local mail area
  • Contact the carrier for further assistance
